ArticlesYour Subconscious cannot tell the difference between imagination and reality. Close your eyes and see a lemon slice in your hand, bite into the slice and taste the lemon juice in your mouth. This was not a reality, but your reaction to the imagined lemon juice felt real. You are planning the angry confrontation with a friend. How you feel you were mistreated, misunderstood and unfairly treated. Before you even actually confront your friend your adrenal gland has released cortisol into your body. Stress is already being created and controlling your body. Our imagination created by our thoughts are as real to our subconscious as reality. As important is our imagined manifestations of peace, love, calm. Take a moment and see if perhaps your thoughts are in fact making you ill. Take a moment and understand how positive and loving thoughts “imaginations” can turn your life around. Mostly, just “take a moment” for yourselves.
