Theme for group regression
I have signed up to do a group regression at my yoga studio. It’s donation based and for a good cause and I hope it will be a good opportunity to try it out. I have a pretty good idea of how I will begin and end the session, but got stuck on appropriate themes for the actual the regression. Do you have any ideas you would like to share? A message from your future self with a gift to bring back, is all I have come up with so far. What other themes works for the group set up?

Based on your focus, it can be a message from the future or past self or HS/Spirit Guide/Galactic Family. So many options really; just depends on the focus of the regression. Im sure itll be great whatever you choose ?

well, I find people are always curious about spirit guides and a past life. so try either of those or both, and for added fun, why not try a Personality Test for fun. Dolores Cannon Loved such tests to break the ice and it allowed for everyone to have fun as well.
