3 a.m. in New Zealand. I’ve got a group session this Friday with someone who has suffered some sort of trauma she has had Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She said if she feels that she will be in control she will be OK. Any advice around this I’d appreciate. oh I haven’t sorted my video/microphone yet. If someone can ask this I’d appreciate it… I might not be typing very fast at 3am!
