Confirmation of the need for quicker BQH sessions

Dear Quantum Healing friends, hope you’re doing fabulously well
The need to hold shorter sessions keeps getting communicated to me in various ways…
So I thought I should let you know that I allowed a client (and friend of mine) to kinda ‘force’ my hand & to do a “fast tracked” session a couple of days ago… and it went really well

This morning during my typical ‘initial phone interview’ my client started complaining about the length of the session…

Am I alone in getting these types of request for shorter sessions?

Just out of curiosity, what exacly do you mean by “short”? I can say that most of my clients have taken a bit of a pause when they learn how long a session can be yet what do you shorten or speed up and at what cost potentially? If you can get the job done for the client in short order, why not?! 🙂

My CTT past-life sessions generally take between 20 minutes and an hour. Some are shorter and a few are longer. I don’t actually take “clients”. I’m working to expand consciousness in us all. What I do is fairly simple. There is almost certainly some things that I do that can be applied to BQH sessions that will make them shorter.
I’d love to teach practitioners what I know.

We are comparing apples to tractors,

Sure there are plenty of modalities with short sessions. My friend Pauline, a street performer in Central Park, is doing “7 Ray healing” at Strawbery Fields, a combination of the energy of the area and her own skills is fantastic. It only takes 5 minutes, and it’s awesome. 10$ suggested donation. She is there all day anyway, playing music and selling pictures, it goes really well with her overall thing. Many long-distance Reiki sessions are 15-30 minutes. PLR with instant induction can be 30 minutes or less, they only see a traumatic event in a past life, and it can be enough to clear an isolated phobia. A person who practiced tapping on their own for a while can be dropped into an event in a past life and ‘tap it out”, but ‘homework” is required, “the 4-minute miracle” is just a ‘tip on an iceberg” on top of all the preparations from what I understand from reading George Diesman’s posts. This is really an EFT session, applied to a past life trauma, not a PLR hypnotherapy session in my understanding.

“Exploration” past life regression, when we go through many events in a past life, not just trauma, is much longer. Between the induction and going step by step from childhood to death, as I usually do my sessions, and going to place of healing to clear carryovers, takes at least 40 minutes to an hour, and I do 2-3 past lives in a session, and communicate with Guides or Higher Self to get their questions answered – this is at least 2 hours in trance, and if it is QHHT session with a lot of questions or long PLR session – that’s 4-5 hours. Most clients do not drop into theta state (unless they were keyworded before) right away, and it requires theta brain wave to get clear communication and explore existence between lives, go to Akashic Library, soul group, life planning etc. I keep them in past lives for at least an hour till they are ready to cross into Afterlife. I offer 2-3 hours PLR sessions and 4-5 hours QHHT or long PLR sessions when they can have 3 pages of guidance questions and healing requests. (And I had longer sessions for channeling with experienced meditators/channelers)

I do agree that some QHHT sessions go too long, just because we were trained not to limit the timing of the session, and Academy website suggests 4-6 hours. The problem with “by the book” QHHT is – Dolores only allowed 2 hours in trance, so 2-4 hours are for pre and post talk and this is way too long! IMHO pre-talk is between conscious minds of the client and practitioner, sure we can drop some ‘subliminals”, but mostly it is listening to them going on and on about their problems. This can actually activate their conscious mind and prevent them from going into trance states as it ‘puffs their ego” so to speak. I try to limit pre-talk to 2 hours, and usually it is about an hour – enough to establish rapport and understand their history and current issues. I am not a fan of being a ‘mother confessor”, if they need to talk a lot in beta brain wave state – they should get a psychotherapist and have weekly meetings to share their problems. Or go to church for a confession. They are not here to download all their issues and bad moods on me, but to go into trance to find roots and solutions. I keep them in trance up to 4 hours (this is the norm for LBL sessions). If they are lifelong meditators or channelers, accessing metaphysical information, it can go longer, but I do not have to be present all the time, I can just leave a recorder and let them channel. Personally, I get tired after 5 hours, and want to rap.

I agree with Candace that online sessions are usually shorter than ones in person. I am not very experienced with that, but wearing headphones gives me a mild headache after an hour or so, I would not be physically able to sit with phones in front of a computer for 4 hours…

I only had one complaint about long QHHT session from a Russian client – she had a session with an American practitioner before, she could not see anything and he kept her with closed eyes for hours, trying different inductions, she was really pissed and felt he just wants to drag time to get paid. I did a session with her in Russian and she immediately went into a past life with no problems. Most hypnotherapy clients go through ‘time distortion” and do not realize how much time actually passed from induction to wake up. Usually they estimate anywhere from one quarter to one half of the real time passed. It is one of well-known signs of hypnosis. If they feel it was ‘too long” – they were not deep enough, their monkey mind was interfering. or as with my Russian client – they just had a language barrier.

@Coralie_Roederer I am curious about your average session length, and what is “long” and what is “short” in your mind.

PS- so very happy to have gotten to know you better in Greece! <3

@Irina_Nola thank you I agree with all you have written above.

We are comparing apples to tractors,

Yes, I agree, what I was attempting to say is that we can create syntheses. i.e. various methods that help heal better & faster. Not that one methods is better, faster etc. i.e. competing methods. We have a world with billions of people that need lots of healing. Let’s create THE best methods and use them in optimum ways.

Hello and sorry for the delay (somehow I must have removed the notifications settings) so sincere apologies
    So… to answer your question
“Short” = ie. request to access directly the HS for the questions (my client even questioned the benefit/purpose of the first part during the initial phone interview)

Interestingly enough, I actually held that session today and started with Reiki during which Mary came (and I am not Catholic so was very moved and surprised at not only seeing her but feeling her very strong vibe and love) Mary used me as a conduit to send the final REIKI waves of universal energy before starting the session

The session in total lasted 5h30 so not short at all, even though there was only one scene
Things are done well because that scene she saw gave a lot of information and was a powerful one short

I guess it was good that that first section was short because the HS had a LOT to say and a long time was spent healing cleaning removing nasty weights all over

    @Candace_CrawGoldman @Irina_Nola
Sorry I realise I should have written “then need for a quicker QHHT session”
I like to take my time… so for me 4h is a good average (but then I don’t rely on it financially otherwise it would be hard) and I offer a mini REIKI session (15mns) before the session + I teach my subject self hypnosis as an ‘extra gift’

I found it ironic that the lady who was asking to fast track the first part spent a super long time on the second part
As she came out I asked her what time she thought it was she said 15h? 15h30?
    It was past 17h30!!!
Good that my son’s “intuition” this morning made him ask to stay later at school as I usually pick him up at 16h30 🙂
    All perfect timing actually

and thank you it was super getting to know you too, Greece was absolutely incredible and I feel humble and so fortunate to have met such incredible people!!!
