Hi Forum family, I will be facilitating a new client on weds. afternoon. He has a tendency no matter the time of day to fall into sleep, with deep breathing and snoring. What is the best protocol to assist him in his session that he wants so badly. This will be his first BQHT session and even when he meditates he falls into sleep and does not really hear outside sounds or noises. How do I assist him IF during session he sleeps and snores? Thank you all so much, I so want to have a successful session for him. Much Love, Alexandra

Hi Alexandra, First of all I would request that he gets a full night sleep the night before and book him for a morning session. I had a client who started snoring and I just lightly touched him on the arm and asked his higher self to open up and allow him to see and describe what is around him. He would answer then start snoring again so I just kept lightly touching him with one finger on his arm and asked the next question and continued like this all the way through. You may ask his permission prior to the induction to lightly touch his arm throughout the session if it is necessary. Hope this was helpful Alexandra, I am sure others in the forum will also have some great suggestions for you.

I speak louder and call the client by their first name when they fall asleep.
    Good luck! <3

Hi @Alexandra_roberts. Some great advice given on the Forum – we are always learning. Looking at a few techniques to asssit you is always helpful. You then know you did everything in your ability to have a successful session.

    Alexandra,
    Great question.
The client has made you aware of the snoring. I would recommend a discussion and a agreed upon plan of action prior to induction. i.e. speaking his name, raising your voice, tap on the shoulder (as mentioned in previous comments)
To have an agreed upon plan lends support to the process, instead of trying various approaches without the client being aware. The session is a “group” effort, one with the client/HS being the decision maker.

Position the client in a way that does not encourage falling asleep. if you have a recliner, don’t lean it all the way down just raise the feet and keep them in a sitting position that would reduce the dozing off periods.
