This show falls in line completely with BQH. It discusses brain wave states including Gamma and it shares info on the intelligence of the heart. According to Gregg Braden the heart communicates more with the brain then the brain does the heart. This illustrates the belief that the heart is in more control. At the end is a technique for connecting to heart intuition and it resembles one of Candaces powerful BQH protocols.

If you don’t subscribe to Gaia.tv I highly recommend it. Thousands of spiritual shows, films and documentaries. Much better then Netflix or any of that.
