I think this is great Candace, thank you!! Its easy for me to get so excited and want to run with this work but taking it slow so we are ALL on the same page is crucial for the course & success of everyone!

I just want to share that the timing of this is just perfect in my life. I had hit the reset button a while back in my practice and am finally ready to come back.

Hi Candace, In meditation yesterday morning I was guided to make a Quick list of things to teach…
this is not just for my teachings, it is the format for our teaching… “how to facilitate session”:

1. first contact – this may be a phone call or email, however the client contacts you.
be sure to select a date, time and give them proper directions to your location (is there construction in the area where they may have to detour?)
discuss briefly what the session entails, price, and how they will pay.
2. before client comes ~ details on how to set up the room, we cannot assume people know about cleanliness, yes, this must be taught to all our students so they learn our ways. clean sheets before each client, especially bed pillows, we also must have clean hands, we can’t chop garlic just before a client !
also before client comes in and in between clients, how do we prepare the sacred space ? Prayers? Chanting? music ? sage ? energy is real and must be cleansed often when clients are coming and going.
what to have in the room, recliner/bed/massage table? linens, pillows, blankets, temperature of room, multiple recorders, notebook, multiple pens energy has a way of shutting and turning on equipment, always have a backup. throat drops ?
DRESS for success… What are you wearing? What does it say about you. Look in the mirror before stepping into your office.

3. Client arrives: Interview ~ this should have it’s own chapter for details. this is very important to gather information, let the client know you are trustworthy enough to let them tell you all. without judgment, totally confidential. gather what’s important, who’s important… etc.
Questions ~ make the list of questions with your client. know what they want. Listen, listen, listen.

4. Induction ~ what we’ve been taught and how to tailor this when the notes don’t work.
how to listen to Creator God and follow your guidance throughout the entire session.

5 Count out
6 post session give them water, or essential oil if guided appropriately to enhance long lasting effects of Joy.
7 how to transfer recording to computer USB or Cd
8 remember to accept payment
9 discuss questions and give client a way to contact you if anything further comes up.
10 remember to thank client for his referrals.

This is work in progress… just the beginning of amazing teachings 🙂
